Opportunity in New York, NY; Miami Lakes, FL; Dallas, TX; or Tampa, FL SUMMARY: The Treasury Solutions (TS) Risk Quality Analyst assists in identifying and assessing risks and controls, control execution, and control testing associated with the Bank's Treasury Solutions suite of products and processes. Treasury Solutions provides suite of products used by Commercial Banking customers to manage cash and encompasses the Product Management, Sales, Servicing, Implementation, Merchant Services and Commercial Card teams. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and special projects may be assigned.
- Assist with identification and assessment of risks and controls risk assessments of Treasury Solutions products, processes, and services.
- Evaluate control effectiveness through control testing.
- Assist in internal and external audits related to risk management.
- Assist with identification of relevant regulations and mitigating controls related to products and processes.
- Partner with the business team to create risk issue management action plans, update stakeholders on progress to action plans and collect evidence to close the findings.
- Provide reporting on risk related activities.
- Execute daily, monthly, semi-annually detective controls.
- Adheres to and complies with applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to anti-money laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.).
- Adheres to Bank policies and procedures and completes required training.
- Identifies and reports suspicious activity.
EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree preferred. EXPERIENCE
- 3 - 5 years in business risk and control role, audit role, second line Operational Risk role, payment operations role required.

- Fast learner, with the ability to adapt to new systems and methodologies to obtain better results for risk mitigation.
