Arnold & Porter has a Manager of Diversity & Inclusion opening in the New York office or Washington, DC office. The Manager of Diversity & Inclusion has a firmwide presence, reports to the Director of Diversity & Inclusion, and manages and leads implementation of numerous key diversity and inclusion initiatives and objectives for the firm. The Manager serves as a liaison and subject matter expert to departments including, but not limited to, Human Resources, Legal Talent Management, Innovation and Practice Management, Marketing & Business Development, and Well-Being, collaborating closely with them to produce inclusive talent and organizational development initiatives. The Manager supervises both the D&I Assistant and D&I Specialist, providing administrative oversight and professional development guidance to ensure the effective execution of their responsibilities in support of firmwide inclusion strategies. Qualifications:
The anticipated base salary for this position is $120,000 to $175,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held and, if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
