Required Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Corporate Finance, Statistics, or Accounting:
Experience with advanced degree:
* Investment banking or investing: 5 years
* Financial Due Diligence or transaction advisory: 7 years
* Corporate Development: 7 years

Experience without advanced degree:
* Investment banking or investing: 8 years
* Financial Due Diligence or transaction advisory: 10 years
* Corporate Development: 10 years

7 years in a leadership capacity; ability to lead a team of internal subject matter experts and external strategic advisors
Significant experience in leading teams to successfully execute all aspects of M&A transactions including: acquisitions, divestitures, strategic investments, joint ventures and other strategic alliances
Experience in transaction processes including: sourcing, valuation, structuring,
Experienced decision-maker, balances research and analytics with necessary speed-to-market
Ability to innovate and a willingness to take risks
Business acumen and project/process integration skills

Preferred Job Qualifications:

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
Master's Degree in Business

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plansubject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
