We're seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Director to join the opening team of a new private members club launching this fall in Midtown Manhattan. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Director, this role supports the day-to-day operations of a multi-outlet, high-volume F&B program and plays a critical part in service execution, team leadership, and guest satisfaction. The Role Key Responsibilities Support daily food service operations in line with budget and quality goals Lead and train associates to deliver outstanding hospitality Maintain superior food and service standards for members and guests Partner with culinary, wine, and service teams to ensure seamless execution Build strong relationships with staff, members, and other departments Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies Contribute to scheduling, purchasing, inventory, and operational controls Qualifications 2-4 years of food service management experience in luxury, hotel, or multi-outlet settings Strong food and beverage knowledge with purchasing and operations experience Excellent communication, leadership, and team development skills Business acumen and financial oversight capabilities NYC Food Protection Certificate preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management systems Associate's degree preferred Apply to Union Square Events today!
