Overview

We're looking for a marketing leader who knows how to get things done - and how to help others look good doing it. As Senior Manager, Marketing, you'll be the day-to-day driver of marketing activities across our platform, helping shape strategy and manage execution across a wide range of initiatives.

You'll work closely with our leadership team, external PR agency, and partners to ensure that everything from marketing tasks associated with transactions to executive thought leadership lands with impact. If you like a mix of strategy, project management, and hands-on work - and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment - this might be your gig.



Responsibilities

    Manage day-to-day marketing activities across the RMR platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Serve as primary marketing lead on real estate transactions - managing timelines, messaging, and deliverables with internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversee thought leadership strategy for RMR executives - including content planning, LinkedIn presence, speaking engagements, and media opportunities
  • Act as point person with our external PR agency - ensuring alignment, tracking progress, and maximizing outcomes
  • Project manage key marketing initiatives - keeping work on track and on brand
  • Support content development - from pitch decks to website updates to email communications
  • Track performance of marketing efforts and share actionable insights
  • Identify new opportunities to elevate RMR's brand and market presence


Qualifications

  • 6+ years experience in marketing, with at least 2-3 years managing cross-functional marketing programs
  • Comfortable working directly with executives and external partners
  • Strong project management and organizational skills - able to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker who also rolls up sleeves to get work done
  • Excellent writer and communicator - can distill complex ideas into clear, compelling messages
  • Experience managing PR agency relationships and thought leadership programs
  • Familiarity with real estate, private equity, or investment management a plus
  • Collaborative, team-first mindset - you know how to work well with others and keep momentum going
