Catering by Design is a premier off-premise catering company based in Denver, serving luxury weddings, nonprofit galas, and high-end corporate and social events throughout the state, and in Wyoming. TheDirector of Sales will lead a team of 5 Catering Sales Managers plus 4 Event producers responsible for generating $11-12M+ in annual revenue. The role includes oversight of sales pipeline development, proposal strategy, key account management, and ensuring seamless handoff from sales to production. Event size varies widely from intimate 50-person dinners to multi-day festivals serving over 25,000 guests. This role requires a strong understanding of high-volume catering logistics and a commitment to excellence in client service and operational efficiency. This role will include:
