Product marketers act as the storytellers of a b-to-b and b-to-c organization, sharing their knowledge about its products with both external and internal audiences. Their responsibilities include creating a range of written materials for a variety of purposes, supporting marketing execution activities, and making sure sales channels have the information they need to sell the organization's offerings. Product Marketers should also take feedback from customers and users and collate information in a useable and digestible format and be comfortable presenting information in front of a variety of audiences. This role will also incorporate some discovery of potential new partnerships This role is a hybrid role so access to our Atlanta office on a regular basis is required.
Salary Range: $97,700 - 146,500 + 10% variable pay

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of full range of Promethean technologies and our partner products including and with a potential focus on software and workplace products
  • Have a firm grasp of product features and benefits, but also should be able to identify the unique differentiators related to specific target audiences
  • Craft differentiated positioning, messaging, and product narratives that translate the product functionality and benefits into what matters and breaks through to partners, buyers and users
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, corporate and marketing, reseller channel, and other GTM teams to support awareness and demand campaigns
  • Understand how to develop proof points for value statements and content assets and compere these to how competitors offer their products
  • Understand the structure of the sales organization and relevant channel partners and work in collaboration with the sales enablement team, they should know how to identify sales personas in order to understand their challenges, as well as their content and delivery preferences.
  • Assist in the creation of enablement content and GTM content and processes
  • Participate in competitive analysis to help define the market ecosystem.
  • Understand how to identify buyers, uncover buyer needs and define buyer personas within specific market segments. They should understand the stages of the buying process and the information requirements that must be satisfied for the buyer to progress from stage to stage
  • Be knowledgeable about data sources and reporting tools used within the organization, working with marketing operations and sales operations to develop their familiarity with demand waterfall and sales pipeline stages.
  • Partner closely with product management to help identify and prioritize market development, pricing, and bundling/packaging strategy
  • Understand and work towards the overarching company goals and objectives
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Job Skills and Qualifications:
  • Creative, curious, passionate, high-energy, and driven, and knows how to have fun while operating at speed. Most importantly. Has a bias for action and business impact.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of strong cross-organizational collaboration and partnership
  • Prior experience in technology sales and marketing across workplace and education
  • Demonstrate messaging, positioning, and storytelling with experience of crafting compelling marketing content
  • Strong problem-solving skills with analytical orientation, critical thinking, and data-driven decision making
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills
  • Motivated, driven and self-starting attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, global and collaborative setting that requires you to take initiative, manage time effectively, persuasive others to get buy-in from other teams
  • Requires some domestic and international travel, up to 15% of the time
