Who Are We? What You'll do: Who we are looking for: Groundswell is seeking a client-focused Workday Project Manager to lead the delivery of Workday implementations and enhancements for our Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) clients. This role is critical in managing the end-to-end deployment process, from discovery through post-production support, while ensuring alignment with government compliance standards, cybersecurity requirements, and stakeholder goals. The ideal candidate brings both Workday expertise and strong customer engagement skills in a secure federal contracting environment. What You'll do:

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Groundswell, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
