RESPONSIBILITIES: Clean townhomes thoroughly Ensure when leaving townhomes that all doors and windows are closed and locked, thermostats are set at 60 degrees in the summer and 68 degrees in the winter, and fireplace flues are closed Stock townhomes with appropriate supplies as specified by company standards Turn in all lost and found items, properly tagged, to the housekeeping office at the end of scheduled shift Respond to guest needs in an appropriate, professional, and courteous manner Report any items requiring replacement/repair or any damage to the housekeeping manager or assistant manager Keep all specified linen closets/rooms neat and orderly by putting away all supplies and linen at the end of scheduled shift Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Previous housekeeping experience required Bilingual candidates (Spanish and English) preferred Must be able to lift and carry at least 35 lbs.
