We are looking for a Principal Data Scientist in Power Automate. This role is for an individual who has a desire to create seamless, intuitive, delightful experiences that will be validated using a data driven approach. This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of AI technologies and to partner with multiple teams both inside Microsoft and across the industry. This role will be expected to architect, design and implement highly scalable and reliable AI solutions, including but not limited to application of LLMs/SLM to business problems, fine-tuning models to solve the hardest problems, prompt-engineering with advance techniques for Retrieval Augmented Generation and orchestration between cutting-edge frontier models. ResponsibilitiesLead data science efforts in Power Automate. Translate business requirements into concrete deliverables, including design, development, testing, and deployment of analytical solutions and scalable AI/ML solutions covering data-set preparation, prompt-engineering, model fine-tuning and agentic model orchestration. Bring structure to problems, decomposing them into scalable solutions that drive measurable business impact. Deliver high quality features with agility. Incubate and prototype AI features with emerging technologies, latest AI models and frameworks.
