Job Summary:

The Executive Office Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and performing a variety of administrative tasks for the Executive Team. They must approach support with a proactive and resourceful mindset with high levels of creativity and critical thinking. This role requires discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Job Responsibilities:



  • Manage and maintain executive level calendars, including the CEO. Coordinating and supporting appointments, including document preparation and logistics.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including Board Members.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO and/or Executive Leadership.
  • May support community and client engagement activities.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications (calls & mail).
  • Personal support as needed.


Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience supporting senior leadership preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
