Position Summary Under the direction of the Manager of Compensation Operations, the Compensation Analyst conducts research and provides professional analysis of staff positions throughout MemorialCare System. The position will work closely with the Manager of Compensation Operations and the Human Resources team to ensure that all compensation agenda items are addressed in accordance with MemorialCare's policies and practices and in compliance with legal requirements and performed with special attention to accuracy and timeliness. The analyst will also conduct surveys and benchmark studies to ensure competitiveness with the industry. Additionally, the analyst will regularly review and update job descriptions to accurately reflect the duties and requirements of each role. Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Job
*Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for this role, including but not limited to, shift differentials, extra shift incentives, and bonus opportunities.
