POSITION SUMMARY

The Financial applications team needs to have a combination of technical depth with a mind for business process. They must be self-directed, possess a sense of entrepreneurial members spirit and drive for innovation

The financial applications developer is responsible for enhancing and supporting the company's financial applications and integration efforts towards efficiency. While the primary application to support is Dynamics 365 for Finance and Supply Chain Management (D365FSCM), the developer will broaden its skillset supporting additional applications such as OneStream, Blackline, Power Platform and Azure tools.

This role will work directly within the scrum team to realize solutions to the various business requirements given. On the technical-level-- having an eye for efficiency, flexibility and automation are highly beneficial, as well as having solid interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication of potentially complex topics with fellow team members and our end-users.

We will provide training and mentorship to get one up to speed with any financial applications including D365FSCM for the right candidate that understands the general functionality and design patterns of ERP.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

General Responsibilities
  • Design and develop solutions that add value to the company: D365FSCM (X++/SQL/SSRS), PowerPlatform (PowerApps, DataVerse, Automate), OneStream (VB.Net) and custom Azure integrations (LogicApps, FunctionApps usually in C#)
  • Build integration among application systems in a scalable, secured, and auditable manner
  • Provide technical feasibility and estimation on business challenges based on the current eco-system
  • Identify and optimize the performance of the systems and its integrations
  • Communicate clearly and effectively on what needs to be done (requirements/architecture) and what has been done (documentation)
  • Learn business processes as well as new technical capabilities as the vendor evolves their products
  • Support and troubleshoot production issues
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3-5 years of development experience with ERP. D365FSCM, OneStream preferred
  • 1-2 years integrating various disparate systems and data
  • Functional experience with ERP. Finance and accounting experience a plus
  • Development/unit, performance, and regression testing
  • Writing high quality technical design documentation
  • Expertise within Microsoft stack: Visual Studio, C#, X++, SQL, Restful services
  • Knowledge of reporting tools: SSRS, Power BI
  • Knowledge of Azure resources: DevOps, Compute (App Service, Functions), Integration (Logic Apps)
  • Familiarity with agile development lifecycle
  • Great writer and communicator
  • Professional/lived experience working in a culturally competent manner with a broad range of people.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor of Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred- but not required

The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of the Company's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives and many region-specific benefits.

Denver area base salary range: $100,000 - $130,000 per year
