New Avenues for Youth is hiring an Office Manager to support our New Avenues INK screen printing shop-a business with a mission.

As Office Manager, you'll play a vital behind-the-scenes role in keeping daily operations running smoothly while contributing to a supportive, empowering space for youth navigating houselessness and barriers to employment. You'll manage administrative tasks like order tracking, marketing, scheduling, and communication with customers, while also serving as a consistent, encouraging presence for youth interns learning professional skills in a real-world environment.

Your attention to detail and people-centered approach will help ensure New Avenues INK remains a welcoming, organized, and efficient workplace-where every shirt printed is a step toward independence for the young person we serve.

* A minimum of two years of relevant office management and customer service experience

* A minimum of two years of marketing skills including social media, event management and digital marketing a plus

* Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and ability to multi-task

* Excellent oral and written communication skills and proficiency with digital tools

* Exceptional interpersonal skills
