The Opportunity: We're looking for a hands-on Facilities & Safety Manager to lead our Charlotte facility's operations. You'll ensure everything runs smoothly-from maintaining HVAC and machinery to driving safety programs and coordinating building improvements. You'll be the go-to expert for all things facility-related, keeping our space secure, efficient, and compliant.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee facility maintenance, repairs, and janitorial services
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure OSHA/environmental compliance
• Manage contractors, maintenance staff, and project timelines
• Support emergency response and security operations
• Handle equipment procurement and cost-saving initiatives

What We're Looking For:

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet one of the following education and experience combinations:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• High school diploma or GED and 4+ years of experience in facilities maintenance-ideally in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial settings
• Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the role

Additional Requirements:

• 3+ additional years of experience managing facilities operations, budgets, and vendor relationships
  • 1+ year of experience in a leadership capacity (formal or informal)

Nice to have:

• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety protocols, and vendor management
• Comfortable multitasking across a dynamic work environment
• Prior experience in a regulated distribution environment
• Certifications or experience with forklifts, OSHA, RCRA, or HAZWOPPER
