RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS: * High School Diploma or GED * Some College or business education preferred. * Minimum of two years of office experience work in a health care setting. * Bilingual preferred * Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, caregivers and administrative staff. * Demonstrates self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills, flexibility and the ability to deal with a high level of stress. * Good telephone, communication and interpersonal skills. * Organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate schedules, notes and records. * Proficiency in the use of computers and software programs * Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions. * Ideal candidate will have experience as a Care Coordinator for a NY State Licensed Agency Equal Opportunity Employer
