Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and returns.
- Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse layout, ensuring optimal use of space and resources.
- Responsible for notifying the appropriate personnel and following established procedures to ensure inventory levels are accurately maintained.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and quality standards.
- Lead, train, and support warehouse staff to maintain productivity, accuracy, and morale.
- Oversee the company's fleet operations, including vehicle acquisition, maintenance, and eventual disposal.
- Ensure all drivers are properly licensed, trained, and compliant with DOT and company requirements.
- Schedule regular vehicle service and respond to emergency repair needs to minimize downtime.
- Develop and manage delivery schedules and efficient transportation routes.
- Track fuel usage, vehicle logs, and driver performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records for inventory, vehicle maintenance, safety inspections, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage budgets related to warehouse supplies, equipment, and fleet expenses.
- Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to ensure warehouse and fleet operations align with project timelines and business goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Warehouse Associates, Mechanics
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or fleet management.
- Prior experience supervising or leading a team.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and driver compliance standards.
- Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to become certified.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (email, spreadsheets, inventory systems).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in a similar role, particularly in the HVAC/R, construction, or skilled trades industries.
- Experience managing a multi-vehicle fleet, including maintenance, scheduling, and DOT compliance.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or fleet tracking software.
- Strong understanding of OSHA and workplace safety requirements.
- Experience coordinating logistics across multiple job sites or company locations.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 pounds regularly.
- Frequently standing, walking, bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching throughout the workday.
- Ability to work in warehouse and outdoor environments in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).
- Manual dexterity required for operating tools, warehouse equipment, and vehicle controls.
- Visual and auditory ability to safely operate vehicles and assess equipment or material conditions.
- Occasional operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse machinery.
- Ability to sit and use a computer or phone for extended periods when handling administrative tasks.
