Olgoonik is an Equal Opportunity Employer Overview: The Designated Trainer plays a critical role in maintaining the operational readiness and compliance of Control Center personnel at SSA Headquarters. Drawn from the existing pool of qualified Control Center Operators (CCOs), the Designated Trainer is responsible for delivering on-the-job (OJT) training for new hires, facilitating refresher training for existing staff, and supporting quality assurance through training documentation and performance monitoring. Trainers serve as technical subject matter experts, ensure staff proficiency with SSA-specific systems and protocols, and assist in updating training materials and operational manuals. This position requires strong instructional skills, deep familiarity with control center operations, and the ability to mentor others effectively in a high-security, 24/7 environment.
