Description This Systems Admin role provides primary functional and technical support for enterprise applications, with a focus on Salesforce-based systems such as hubNashville (serves as a centralized, user-friendly system that allows Nashville residents to submit service requests, ask questions, and provide feedback-without needing to know which department to contact) and HR Benefits. Responsibilities include system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, user support, data management, reporting, and application training. The position also supports project implementation, business process improvement, and system integration efforts. The candidate will work closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth operation and enhancement of supported applications. Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $38.00/hr.
