Memory Care Specialist

Job Description
Provides for an ongoing program of activities and engagement designed to meet, the special interests and the physical, mental and psychosocial well-being of residents with identified memory impairments and special needs related to their clinical diagnosis.

Education/Experience
Experience working with the elderly, and specifically within the healthcare field preferred but not required. High School Diploma required.
