Job Title: Contract Analyst / Fiscal Analyst / Financial Contract Specialist Location: Hamilton, NJ 08691 Pay Rate: $31.61/hr. without benefits Duration: 06+ months Shift Timing (Day/ Evening/ Night): 9am to 5pm Parking: On-site free parking lot Job description: The individual will perform contract closeouts for Division of Mental Health and Addiction (DHMAS) Providers. He or she will ensure compliance with New Jersey Laws and System policies and assist the administration in identifying methods of process improvement. Role & Responsibilities: Complete contract closeouts by conducting fiscal review and analysis of related contract documents, data, terms and policies. Produce worksheets and letters to communicate findings and results of the closeout process to applicable Division staff and Providers as needed. Produce written documents containing complete and accurate terms and conditions of a business relationship that benefit the Division by identifying, reducing, shifting, or eliminating risk; Serve as liaison for construction, review, and conclusion of contract language; Ensure compliance with current organization policies, policies, laws, rules, and regulations and utilizes legal resources to meet governmental and regulatory requirements. Maintain precise documentation of contractual records and retention of resolutions for future situations; Produces adequate supporting documentation and maintains accurate records of work performed; Maintain accurate records of necessary contracting reference materials; Communicate regularly with both internal and external stakeholders, and perform other job-related duties as assigned.
