Our Project Finance, Infrastructure & Real Estate Department is looking to hire an associate with two to four years' experience to join our Boston, MA office. We are seeking experience working on commercial and affordable housing real estate transactions. Qualified candidates will have experience representing developers, landowners and investors in commercial, multifamily, retail, and industrial properties. The ideal candidate will have experience focusing on one or more of the following areas: real estate acquisitions and dispositions, financing transactions, commercial leasing, real estate development, development and management agreements, and government incentive programs and affordable housing.
