In accordance with applicable Federal and State laws, the anticipated annual salary range for this position is as follows.

• Boston, MA: $225,000 to $275,000

In addition to a standard benefits package, this role may be eligible for additional contingent compensation based on an array of factors, including but not limited to: work performance, geographic location, work experience, education, and qualifications. Because such contingent compensation is not yet calculable or may be zero ($0) in some circumstances, the above-listed salary range is Nixon Peabody's good faith estimate of the annual salary it reasonably expects to pay for the position at the time of this posting.

Our Project Finance, Infrastructure & Real Estate Department is looking to hire an associate with two to four years' experience to join our Boston, MA office.

We are seeking experience working on commercial and affordable housing real estate transactions. Qualified candidates will have experience representing developers, landowners and investors in commercial, multifamily, retail, and industrial properties. The ideal candidate will have experience focusing on one or more of the following areas: real estate acquisitions and dispositions, financing transactions, commercial leasing, real estate development, development and management agreements, and government incentive programs and affordable housing.
