Minimum Job Requirements * Physical- Sedentary work-proficient in using a PC keyboard * Working Hours- fulltime (40+ hrs/week) employment * Personal Traits- Great communication skills, professional and positive teamwork attitude. Job Duties and Responsibilities Authority to accept customer sales orders and enter sales orders to system when pricing has been approved by Vice President of Business Development, Vice President of Operations or Plant Manager. Work as an interface between customer and Latitude Corp. in a pleasant and professional manner. Maintain drawing drive filing system. Responsible for understanding and performing the duties required by the company Quality System at working level, including creating and maintaining processes specific to customer service and drawing control functions. Develop and implement strategic, inclusive recruiting practices to attract diverse talent. * Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. * Enter orders into ERP system or order management system. * Maintain Company's incoming and outgoing drawing control filing system within quality system control procedures. * File prints, travelers, packing slips for company. * Review of orders from customers. Determine if appropriate for acceptance. * Coordinate with engineering and production teams to confirm feasibility, delivery schedules, and special requirements. * Work as an interface between the customer and Latitude Corp. production departments. * Ensure customer satisfaction by working with all levels of Latitude employees. * Ensure all applicable operating policies and procedures are adhered to. * Other ad hoc duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities * Must be detail oriented and able to follow direction and work independently. * Good organization skills and ability to multi-task. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Good computer skills, including experience in the use of Word and Excel and a company ERP system. (Epicor) * Knowledgeable in all manufacturing processes. * High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities. * Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude. * Technical aptitude or experience reading blueprints is preferred. Education and Experience 2+ years of experience in customer service or inside sales, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors. Knowledgeability of metal fabrication processes (e.g., cutting, forming, welding, machining) is preferred. Latitude Corp. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
