C 2 Technologies seeks to hire or obtain consulting support part-time Contract & Procurement Specialist supporting corporate office. (Consultant highly preferred)
Summary
The Contract Specialist shall provide general administration of government prime contracts, subcontracts, and consulting agreements from award to closeout. The Contracts Administrator will be knowledgeable of various contract and agreement types including FFP, Cost Reimbursable, T&M, IDIQ, MAS, BPA/BOA, NDAs, and TAs.
Essential Functions:


  • Must be able to understand and interpret contract data.
  • Advises staff of contractual matters; compiles and analyzes data/information; maintains historical information/files
  • Carry-out customer and supplier activities to ensure proper contractual compliance and fulfillment per company policies/procedures, legal requirements, and customer requirements
  • Negotiate and oversee agreements with prime and/or subcontractors to include Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Teaming Agreements (TAs), consulting agreements, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
  • Maintains timely customer (internal and external) contacts and communications to successfully address all matters
  • Coordinates with project managers on contractual obligations
  • Manage subcontract, consultant, and vendor contracts from award to closeout
  • Maintains internal company databases with contracts and vendor data
  • Obtain vendor and material quotes and issue purchase orders



Minimum Qualifications:


  • 4 years' experience in US Government contracting
  • Deep knowledge of FAR, DFARS, other agency regulations and commercial practices
  • Experience in Contracts / Subcontracts / Procurement Management for DoD programs
  • Experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Experience in SharePoint administration and development a plus
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen eligible for a government security clearance
