Overview

Working under the specific direction of the Manager of Business Development for the Carle Health West and Central Regions, this position strategically collaborates with other key leaders and stakeholders. This position assists in generating revenue for a defined market by managing physician and community relationships, promoting and increasing usage of Carle Health products and services, and acting as a resource in planning, managing and executing initiatives and relationships. Contributes to annual growth plan initiatives and the tactical execution of that plan. This position is responsible for tracking metric performance and providing leadership reports, market intelligence reports, tactical excellence, and follow-through in all assigned responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Fosters relationships with Directors, Managers and/or Service Leaders in the Greater Peoria & Central Regions (Hospital & Medical Group) to develop growth, strategy, and outreach plans, while also coordinating the implementation and execution of defined plans.
Attends regional leadership meetings when support and information sharing is crucial for community development and market share opportunities and challenges.
Assists in identifying new product lines and service opportunities to increase revenue and clinical service volume.
Develops and manages physician and provider relationships for the purposes of growth, referral development and retention. Targets employed and aligned physician and provider splitters and implements key tactics to reverse referral leakage and increase Carle Health alignment.
Collaborator within regional and service line strategic planning efforts, focused on stakeholder feedback, market intelligence, and internal opportunities for defined service lines, clinical services, and Carle institutes.
Actively participates in the development, use, and documentation of strategy and planning reports and dashboards utilizing business development tools for specific key results areas.
Proficient in market data intelligence and analytics, organizing data and providing recommendations to service line/institute leadership regarding new business, market, and service opportunities or challenges.
Educates and assists Carle marketing and promotion regarding new services, physicians and providers, and programs available within the regions to ensure referring entities within the community have relevant and updated information available.
Supports in the development of strategic partnerships within the Carle System, specifically related to employer and physician activity.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $30.07per hour - $51.72per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
