We are seeking a dynamic Engineering Lead - Electrical to take ownership of engineering initiatives across assigned production cells. In this critical role, you will lead lean manufacturing efforts, drive process improvements, and ensure operational excellence by overseeing engineering change management, optimizing workflow design, and supporting capital investments.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Provide hands-on leadership to manufacturing engineering activities across assigned cells.
- Champion lean manufacturing principles including 5S, value stream mapping, and process optimization.
- Oversee and support Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), ensuring seamless implementation.
- Collaborate on facility layouts, tooling design, and equipment specifications to streamline operations.
- Develop clear, effective shop floor documentation and train production personnel.
- Validate labor standards, conduct time studies, and analyze performance metrics.
- Lead or participate in SWAT and Material Review Board (MRB) meetings to resolve operational and quality issues.
- Review contracts and prepare manufacturing cells for new production launches.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts, promoting a culture of innovation and teamwork.
- Manage and execute capital projects, including equipment upgrades and installations.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESFUL:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline (required).
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with leadership/supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Solid foundation in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Expertise in electrical systems and control design, including proficiency with AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar CAD tools.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and lead cross-functional problem-solving efforts.
- Experience with ECNs, ECRs, routing validation, and readiness assessments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support training, collaboration, and change leadership.
