CLA is currently seeking a Digital Growth Director - Non Profit to join our growing Digital Team.

How you'll create opportunities in this Digital Growth Director role and drive expansion in our Nonprofit industry.

We have a legacy of investing in and growing our nonprofit industry, and delivering Digital solutions to our nonprofit clients is a key priority for our continued expansion. The Digital Growth Director (DGD) works with our Nonprofit industry, geographic, and Digital service teams to identify, qualify, and close opportunities for CLA digital products and services with accountability for a revenue goal.

As a Digital Growth Director, you will:

  • Achieve individual and team sales goals through collaboration, discovery meetings, and managing the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and persist with communications.
  • Work with industry and service leadership teams to identify growth opportunities.
  • Identify issues, build and execute plans to improve growth performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to digital solutions that address client needs.
  • Evangelize CLA Digital internally and participate in industry thought leadership.
  • Collaborate on strategic sales approaches and marketing initiatives.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop growth team members.

Your experience likely includes:

  • 10+ years of sales or business development experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Technology or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong understanding of growth metrics and software sales cycles
  • Team leadership and talent development
  • Sales management experience
  • Able to travel >25%
