Ready to lead sales and marketing across three unforgettable hotels in the Midwest? Start at The Stella Hotel & Ballroom, a boutique property in the heart of downtown Kenosha featuring timeless architecture, a grand ballroom, cafe, and full-service restaurant. As our Regional Director of Sales & Marketing, you'll not only oversee Stella's growth but also guide strategy for the Embassy Suites Rockford Riverfront, a modern all-suite hotel on the Rock River with two restaurants, a rooftop bar, and 30,000+ sq. ft. of event space, and The Brewhouse Inn & Suites in Milwaukee, a preserved 19th-century brewery turned industrial-chic hotel.
This is your opportunity to shape regional strategy, mentor top-tier talent, and deliver real impact across properties with totally distinct identities. You'll drive both traditional and digital campaigns, lead cross-functional collaboration, and keep each hotel's marketing fresh, effective, and rooted in local culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development and execution of tailored sales/marketing plans for all three hotels
- Partner with on-property teams to ensure goal alignment and consistent performance
- Guide corporate, group, and event sales strategies to drive revenue and growth
- Oversee content, paid media, social, and OTA channel management
- Build and sustain local relationships with CVBs, businesses, and community influencers
- Activate seasonal promotions, events, and grassroots campaigns to boost visibility
- Collaborate with GMs and Revenue leaders to forecast demand and refine pricing strategies
- Coach, train, and develop the sales and marketing team for long-term success
- Analyze performance data and share insights with stakeholders
- Uphold brand standards across all platforms and communications
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing (regional/multi-property preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or Business
- Success in delivering revenue results and marketing ROI across diverse hotels
- Experience with both B2B and leisure travel segments
- Familiarity with CRM systems, digital tools, and performance reporting platforms
- Strong leadership, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel regularly between hotel locations
- Valid driver's license required; certifications (CHSP, CMP, etc.) a plus

- Compensation: $99,000-$115,000 + discretionary annual bonus
