A Brief Overview
This position is under the general direction of the Vice President Care Network with matrix relationship with Care Network Directors.

The position is also responsible for administrative and project management tasks for the Care Network. Advanced skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Photoshop (and any other Microsoft programs), EPIC, Business Objects, PB Analytics and other CHOP data systems. S/He is responsible for the downloading and/or manipulating reports and coordinating activities and projects.

What you will do

• Assist the CN Vice President and Directors with project management, including but not limited to coordinating and scheduling meetings, facilitating overall project timelines, tasks and follow-up initiatives.
• Assist the CN Vice President and Directors with developing reports, by working with large datasets, combining data from a multitude of sources and using the dataset to measure outcomes.
• Create documents, power points, spreadsheets, charts, graphs, figures and illustrations as requested.
• Distribute quality metric reports to Care Network Practice Physicians and managers
• Provide reporting for physician practices such as worked hourse, CME reimbursement
• Coordinate special events and activities as needed.
• Other duties as required.

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Required

Experience Qualifications

• At least five (5) years work experience Required

Skills and Abilities

• Exhibits excellent organizational and planning skills and the ability to work collaboratively across functional lines
• Experience with Excel, Power Point, analytics and project management
• Strong technical, analytical skills
• Excellent Interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and able to manage multiple projects and implement problem-solving skills
• Ethical approach to work and to confidentiality/security of data and dataset
• Attention to detail and data accuracy; meticulous
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, exercising discretion and judgment
• Must be adaptable to do work which is varied and requires an intellectual and professional approach
