Seeking Graphic Designer Ideally with Rating Label Expeirence for Regulatory Functions
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong background in regulatory and technical design. This contract role focuses on creating and executing device rating labels for new product introductions, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards. You'll thrive in this role if you are a self-starter who excels in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. You bring a deep understanding of layout, typography, and manufacturing constraints, and you're passionate about delivering accurate, compliant, and scalable design solutions. Responsibilities Design and deliver device rating labels that meet international regulatory and technical specifications Maintain and evolve design guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance across global markets Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including product managers, program managers, legal, and production teams Communicate effectively and escalate blockers to ensure timely delivery of assets Uphold high standards of accuracy and consistency in all design outputs Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related design field or equivalent professional experience 4+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on regulatory or technical design Proven experience with rating label systems and regulatory compliance Proficiency in Adobe InDesign A strong online portfolio showcasing technical design work, including illustration samples Preferred Qualifications Experience designing rating labels for consumer electronics or IoT devices Familiarity with global regulatory requirements and standards Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Deep understanding of typography, layout, and production-ready design Team and Culture You'll be part of a collaborative, data-driven team that values consistency, testing, and cross-functional partnership. The team works across packaging, in-box documentation, and digital content, contributing directly to the customer experience of new product launches. You'll work closely with technical program managers, product managers, and design program managers in a supportive and fast-moving environment. Your work will directly impact the successful launch of new devices and contribute to the safety, clarity, and usability of products used by customers around the world. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
