*About the Role:*
We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master to join a leading banking client and play a key role in driving Agile transformation across high-impact technology initiatives. This is a hands-on role requiring deep Agile expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to embed within teams to build Agile processes from the ground up. *Key Responsibilities:* * Lead Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Agile best practices * Drive Agile transformation across immature and mature teams * Build and formalize Agile processes from scratch * Collaborate closely with developers, PMs, and stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence * Optimize delivery pipelines and minimize defects * Structure and manage Jira boards, workflows, and reporting * Remove day-to-day impediments and unblock development teams * Support 2 Agile pods (10-15 people per pod) * Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability * Communicate effectively across technical and business teams * Work closely with Product Owners and PMs to ensure alignment and delivery *Required Qualifications:* * 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master * Proven experience delivering software in Agile environments * Strong Jira expertise (configuration, reporting, workflows) * Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills * Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset * Ability to embed within teams and drive change from within * Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment *Preferred Qualifications:* * 5+ years of Agile transformation experience * Experience in capital markets, credit, or lending domains * SAFe certification or experience in scaled Agile environments * Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, etc.) * Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., banking, finance) *Soft Skills:* * Assertive yet respectful communicator * Self-motivated and able to hit the ground running * Strong sense of ownership and accountability * Comfortable working with ambiguity and building structure *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $85.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
