*Description*
Cencora is looking to hire multiple Domain Architects (over time they will look to have 4 people in this role). The hope is for these architects to be cross trained in multiple areas of Salesforce but the core domains they are most in need of help are the following: *Sales, Service, Experience, Platform *Sales - areas like account mgmt, opportunity, lead, campaigns, cpq, territory mgmt *Service - areas like case mgmt, task mgmt, field service, omni channel, email, contact center, customer portal *Experience - (this less of a priority for now) - more analytics and reporting focused, ex. data cloud *Platform - DevOps, testing, integration, security The role will focus around looking at Cencora's Current Salesforce capabilities vs. what is possible in the future. They will be looking at what the business is capable of now vs. what they are looking to do future state *Ex. business needs a solution to improve account mgmt, contact mgmt, territory, marketing mgmt - this person will then map to how those can be achieved in Salesforce, what Cencora already has built today and what is possible going forward *This person will need to maintain a high level understanding of what current capabilities exist across the Salesforce platform today *They also need to understand technical capabilities of what can and cannot be done in Salesforce (or if there is a problem that's better solved through another platform outside of Salesforce) *Bridging business need and technical capability in Salesforce -This person will be working closely with "Service Owner" - essentially the Product Owner aligned to different business units of Cencora -Will also meet with SVP and other key leaders to understand business goals and map to Salesforce capabilities and what is possible -Each "Domain" (Sales, Service etc.) has several delivery teams under it - they have roles called "run" architects which are a little lower level - focused on run/operational needs. The Domain Architect will be Responsible for Working with the Business and Service Owner to Intake and Prioritize 3 Types of Requirements: 1.
