We are seeking a Group Product Manager to oversee our work in continuous glucose monitor (CGM) integration, external device and lab data integration, and our core connected device portfolio. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on product execution, along with a deep understanding of the digital health landscape and clinical user needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead the product strategy and execution across multiple areas:
CGM experience (e.g., Dexcom, Abbott) Third-party device integrations (e.g., wearables, vitals monitors) Labs integration (e.g., biometric screenings, blood panels) Internal device portfolio management (BGM, BP monitors, scales)
Manage and grow a team of Product Managers focused on device-driven care outcomes, ensuring product excellence, cross-functional alignment, and measurable impact. Partner closely with Clinical, Engineering, Design, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Operations, and Business Development teams to ensure high-quality, compliant, and scalable launches. Own product strategy for device logistics, including warehousing, fulfillment, distribution workflows, and return management in collaboration with Supply Chain and Ops. Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs to ensure all device and integration work adheres to required standards (e.g., FDA, CE, HITRUST) and maintain audit readiness. Develop user-centric solutions across mobile and web, with a strong emphasis on data interoperability, actionable insights, and ease of use. Monitor KPIs, product health, and business performance to continually refine strategy and execution. Represent the product line internally and externally, including client meetings, conferences, and partner engagements.
Supervisory Responsibilities Yes Qualifications Expected for Position
8+ years of progressive product management experience, including 2+ years managing product teams. Prior experience with connected medical devices, data integrations, or digital health products. Demonstrated experience collaborating with Supply Chain teams on physical product logistics and distribution workflows. Familiarity and comfort working closely with Regulatory Affairs and navigating regulated product development cycles. Deep understanding of product development in regulated healthcare or health tech environments. Ability to manage complex product lines that span hardware, software, and data infrastructure. Strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills - equally comfortable presenting to executives and writing product requirements.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience building platforms and products used in both B2B2C and consumer healthcare contexts is highly preferred. Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with a track record of delivering results in collaboration with Engineering, Clinical, Ops, Commercial, and Compliance teams. Excellent analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions. Passion for improving health outcomes through innovative digital care experiences.
The base salary range for this position is $165,000 - $185,000.
