As a JL3 Senior Operation Partner focused onPackage Lifecycle Monitoring, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of parcels across the last-mile network. You will be responsible for tracking packages from creation to final delivery, identifying potential delays, investigating root causes, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to proactively resolve issues. This is anon-facility-based rolethat requires strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills to manage performance across a distributed carrier network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily monitoring of package lifecycle data to identify parcels at risk of delay.

  • Conduct root cause analysis for delayed shipments and ensure timely resolution.

  • Collaborate with Carrier Managers and Last-Mile Service Providers to mitigate delivery risks and improve service levels.

  • Escalate systemic issues and drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance delivery performance.

  • Deliver regular reports and insights on delay trends, resolution metrics, and carrier performance.

  • Supports the implementation of the operational excellence strategy and identifies and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of operational excellence initiatives.

  • Support continuous improvement efforts through data analysis and process optimization.

  • Support customer experience teams with insights and resolution timelines for delayed shipments.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in logistics operations

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience working with last-mile carriers or in a network operations center is a plus.

Pay Range: $58,800-68,800 *

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
