Description Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the IT department, including two direct reports (1 Systems admin and 1 ERP Developer), while being actively involved in day-to-day operations. Oversee systems administration, engineering, and infrastructure management. Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to align IT initiatives with business goals. Manage and optimize ERP systems, particularly Syspro, and support reporting and analytics using SQL and Power BI. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Zebra Printers, a critical component of our operations. Drive IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices. Foster a positive, proactive, and service-oriented culture within the IT team. ONSITE IN JACKSONVILLE,FL CAN NOT SUPPORT WORK VISAS AT THIS TIME Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
