Mobile Device Management (MDM) Contractor Honolulu, HI 96813 6-Month Contract $25-$29/hour (based on experience) Overview: We are seeking a Mobile Device Management (MDM) Contractor to support a large healthcare organization in Honolulu. This role will focus on refreshing and deploying mobile devices to ensure compatibility with Windows 11. Key Responsibilities: * Perform mobile device refreshes and replacements * Upgrade and configure phones and various mobile devices * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; manage support tickets * Collaborate with IT team members to ensure smooth deployment * Educate users on device usage, backup procedures, and basic troubleshooting Qualifications: * Experience with Microsoft Intune or similar MDM platforms * Strong troubleshooting and communication skills * Self-motivated and able to work independently * Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Additional Information: * On-site role in Honolulu, HI (parking not included) * Initial 6-month contract with potential for month-to-month extension based on performance and budget * Opportunity to contribute to enterprise-level IT initiatives and gain exposure to broader desktop support projects Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.
