We are currently hiring a Loan Servicing Specialist for one of the highest rated banks in Colorado! Description * Perform all loan servicing and administration activities in expected timeframes and according to documented policies and procedures, including: * Process payment application, funds disbursement, and rate setting transactions, and notify syndicate members and sold participations of transactions. * Book new borrowers, credit facilities, loans, letters of credit and fees in loan administration systems. * Complete ongoing customer, credit facility, and loan level maintenance. * Review, document, and resolve items appearing on reconciliations and control reports timely and accurately. * Support non-processing tasks, initiatives, and projects. * Read and interpret credit agreements as they relate to loan servicing and administration. Qualifications MUST HAVES: * 2 years of loan documentation or degree equivalent in business administration, finance, accounting, economics', or related * Computer proficiency - able to use multiple systems simultaneously * Shows initiative * Excellent communication skills We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.
