*Description*
Own strategic enablement across our community platform and web ecosystem, driving engagement loops that convert website visitors into community members and community members into paying customers. You'll combine community psychology expertise with web conversion optimization, while building content enablement systems that scale across both platforms. *7-10+ years product management with community platform focus *Proven web conversion optimization and lead generation expertise *Experience with Discord, Circle, BetterMode, or similar community tools *Content management system and technical SEO understanding *Community engagement psychology and social dynamics expertise *Landing page optimization and marketing technology integration *Freemium to premium conversion experience Core Responsibilities *Community Platform Strategy: BetterMode optimization, Power Spaces development, engagement loops, and social validation systems *Marketing Website Optimization: Lead generation, conversion funnel design, landing page optimization, and A/B testing strategy *Content System Enablement: Translate editorial and curriculum content into scalable, modular systems serving both web and community *Cross-Platform Conversion: Design user journeys from website discovery community signup premium monetization *Email Capture & Retention: Strategic email capture optimization and behavioral nurturing across all touchpoints *Community Monetization: Premium memberships, workshop discovery/registration, community-driven revenue optimization *Skills* Product management, content management system *Top Skills Details* Product management,content management system *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Content Enablement Expertise *Experience translating content strategy into technical platform requirements *Understanding of modular content delivery and distribution systems *Content tagging, categorization, and discovery optimization *Cross-platform content syndication and management *QA and vendor oversight for content-related platform features AI Fluency Requirements *Understanding of AI-powered content recommendation and community personalization *Experience with AI-enhanced email optimization and user segmentation *Knowledge of AI opportunities for community engagement and content discovery *Ability to define AI feature requirements for personalized user experiences *Experience Level* Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $90.00/hr.
