Desktop Support Technician We're seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to provide IT assistance for onsite and remote staff in Northern Kentucky. This role is based out of the Ft. Mitchell area and involves occasional local travel, with transportation provided. Responsibilities * Deliver hands-on support for desktops, laptops, tablets, phones, copiers, and printers * Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems * Support basic network components including routers and switches as needed * Resolve technical issues through troubleshooting and escalation when appropriate * Maintain clear communication with users and team members to ensure timely service Required Skills & Experience * Exceptional customer service and verbal/written communication abilities * Experience with computer setup, imaging, and deployment * Familiarity with IT service management or ticketing systems * Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities * Solid foundation in both hardware and software troubleshooting Technical Proficiencies * Windows operating systems (10 & 11) * Microsoft Outlook and Office applications * Active Directory and user account management * Printer and hardware repair * DNS and network fundamentals Candidate Attributes * Customer-focused mindset with a proactive attitude * Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative work style * Willingness to ask for help and contribute to team success * Clear communicator with a solution-driven approach Experience Level * Intermediate Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
