We have an opportunity for a Production Analyst to join our Delavan, WI team. You will lead and coordinate projects along with process improvements across all levels of the organization working with Production Control Analyst/Coordinators, Finished Good Buyers and Planners, Product Managers, Sales, and Customer Service. They are responsible for ramp up and ramp down projects, E&O analysis, quarterly planning parameter review and other reporting as requested by management. As an individual contributor, the Analyst will evaluate inventory positions to recommend/initiate actions based on component availability and customer service objectives to minimize the risk of obsolescence and excess inventory. The position also works with a variety of teams to ensure that deadlines and schedules are met and thereby preventing line stoppages and delays to maintain a high level of customer service. You will:

Compensation For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $61200 - $113600 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs.This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as, annual incentive bonus.
