Get to Know Your Team:

• Hillcrest Hospital Claremore is a 49-bed acute care medical center offering a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services, including maternity, cardiology, emergency, orthopedics, alcohol withdrawal stabilization, gastroenterology and surgery.

• Position responsible for supporting the mission of the hospital.
• Under direct supervision, this position exists to schedule all surgeries for the hospital and schedule all outpatient procedures.
• To perform and coordinate the clerical and public relation function for the unit, as well as coordinating patient services and tests provided by other ancillary hospital department.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Job Requirements

• Hospital experience as a unit secretary and/or training is preferred.
