We're Hiring: Manufacturing Engineer-CNC Backgound

Are you a mechanically inclined engineer who thrives on the shop floor and enjoys turning designs into efficient, real-world solutions? We're seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with solid CNC programming skills and hands-on experience designing and building custom fixturing.

Join our dynamic team and take ownership of projects that directly impact production efficiency, quality, and innovation.


What You'll Do:


  • Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot CNC programs for complex parts-maximizing efficiency, accuracy, and tool life.



  • Design and build custom fixtures and tooling to support production, reduce setup times, and improve repeatability.



  • Collaborate with machinists and production teams to refine manufacturing methods and ensure smooth operation.



  • Lead mechanical improvements on the shop floor, including equipment upgrades, process automation, and root cause problem-solving.



  • Support new product introduction and continuous improvement efforts with a focus on mechanical design, manufacturability, and process reliability.



  • Maintain accurate documentation, including CNC programs, work instructions, and CAD drawings.





What You Bring:
BS degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
CNC programming skills with proficiency in HAAS controls (required); experience with Fanuc controls on Muratta & Mori-Seiki machines strongly preferred.
Experience in fixture/tooling design and build.
Proven experience developing PFMEA for machined products.
Strong understanding of machining processes, feeds/speeds, materials, GD&T, and CAD software (SolidWorks/AutoCAD).
Familiarity with quality systems and continuous improvement principles.
Six Sigma training is a plus.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
