Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven, results-oriented Director of Business Operations to lead global operational initiatives that drive revenue attainment, demand visibility improvement, and supply-demand alignment. This role partners with executive leadership, global customers, headquarters in Japan, and regional offices to ensure scalable growth, operational readiness, and predictable revenue recognition.

The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, operational discipline, and a proactive, collaborative mindset. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead core Business Operations functions, including strategic planning, process optimization, and operational execution to enable scalable growth and operational excellence.
  • Drive revenue attainment management by ensuring effective supply-demand alignment, demand profiling, and enabling linear, predictable revenue recognition.
  • Manage LTA volume attainment and rebate processes in alignment with contractual obligations.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, CTS, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to proactively influence demand-supply alignment, improve forecast accuracy, and respond to market dynamics.
  • Expand demand signal visibility to a rolling 6-month horizon, collaborating with customers and internal teams to enhance demand forecasting and supply readiness.
  • Coordinate cross-customer allocation across regions, balancing supply constraints and strategic priorities to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee quarter-end execution, including FOB cut-off management, supply prioritization, and daily reporting to support revenue attainment
  • Monitor daily demand and supply fluctuations, orchestrating corrective actions across global teams and ensuring timely escalation of critical issues to senior leadership.
  • Drive closure of Customer QBR actions, ensuring timely resolution of operational issues, developing action items and alignment with customer expectations.
  • Lead a new SCM processes to support seamless P request (supply request) transitions, customer ramp-ups, and operational changes, minimizing disruption to supply and revenue.
  • Define clear deliverables, execution plans, and measurable outcomes for key operational initiatives.
  • Provide actionable insights through data analysis, reporting, and dashboards to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a key liaison between headquarters in Japan, global offices, and internal teams to ensure alignment, effective communication, and coordinated global execution.
  • Build and lead a high-performing Business Operations team, fostering accountability, operational discipline, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications

Required:

  • 15+ years of experience in Business Operations, Supply Chain, or related fields, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in revenue attainment management, ensuring linear revenue recognition through effective supply-demand alignment.
  • Experience leading customer collaboration efforts to improve demand visibility, forecast accuracy, and operational readiness.
  • Experience managing various operational models, including VMI, factory drop-ship programs, distribution, and channel operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with headquarters in Japan and global branch offices, ensuring alignment and coordinated global execution.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly responsive, results-driven, with strong follow-through and accountability for delivering outcomes.
  • Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and commitment to operational excellence.
  • Intelligent, analytical, and capable of navigating complex challenges with sound judgment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.

Preferred:

  • Industry experience in semiconductors, hardware, or technology manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with Japanese business culture and global collaboration.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
  • Proficiency with demand planning tools, ERP systems, and data visualization platforms.

The expected hourly rate for this position is$191,390.00 - $325,340.00.
