What will you do in this role?

• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the professional services team.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and client-centricity.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and recommend tailored IT solutions.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of consultants. Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
• Oversee the successful delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks.
• Manage resource allocation, including staffing assignments, project budgets, and resource utilization, to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Establish and enforce quality assurance processes and best practices to ensure consistently high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and manage the department's budget, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-effective strategies to achieve profitability targets.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute a strategic plan for the professional services department in alignment with the company's overall goals.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure our services remain competitive and innovative.

What do you need to succeed in this role?

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Business
• Proven experience (12+ years) in a leadership role within an IT consulting or professional services organization.
• Strong technical background with expertise (8+ years) in Salesforce solutions and services.
• Insurance domain experience (8+ years) ideally with Property and Casualty lines of business and deep relationships with Carriers and MGA's.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively drive Professional Services revenue growth through business development initiatives and strategies.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
• Leadership and team-building abilities.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the midpoint of the salary range for this role is $210,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
