We are looking for a highly motivated Client Enablement Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is central to delivering exceptional client experiences supplemental to the service team, by providing proactive guidance, training, and support to ensure customers derive maximum value from the Centrally HR System after they have gone through implementation. Essential Functions and Primary Duties

System Adoption Support

  • Enhance the client experience post-implementation by hosting straightforward client-facing calls to guide users through utilizing and setting up value-add features in the Centrally HR system.
  • Make minor updates within the client's system, ensuring the system maintains CBIZ standards in functionality and appearance and meets the client's desired outcome.
  • Deliver simple, high-quality training sessions to encourage system adoption and showcase its value.

Learning Resources Management

  • Maintain a comprehensive library of training materials and client-focused documentation, ensuring all resources align with brand standards, are accurate, and empower clients to succeed.
  • Collaborate closely with system experts to develop initial documentation and take full ownership of the review process to uphold exceptional quality and consistency.

HRIS System Setup and Scope Management OR Post-Implementation HRIS Optimization

  • Assist with configuring specific value-add elements of the HRIS system post-implementation as defined by the client's needs and CBIZ processes.
  • Ensure alignment with the client's specific requirements while maintaining a clear and focused scope of work.
  • This approach ensures clarity, manages expectations, and delivers consistent, high-quality results.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and recommend improvements for internal processes.
  • Monitor account health metrics and anticipate client needs to support long-term success with the system.
  • Provide feedback to the team regarding user experiences to aid enhancements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and software systems
  • Previous experience in UKG Ready or similar HR technologies is highly advantageous but not required
  • Familiarity with Human Capital Management trends and HR responsibilities is a plus
  • Confidence in leading professional client-facing presentations and delivering engaging training sessions
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide clear and concise instructions
  • High energy and a client-centric mindset to foster positive and productive client interactions

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
  • Excellent customer relation skills
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and pay close attention to detail on many, varied tasks
