Job Overview: Are you ready to make a splash in the heart of New York City? We're looking for a dynamic Sales Coordinator to join our showroom team. With a salary range of $31-38/hour based on your skills and experience, this role is perfect for someone who loves to be at the center of the action!

Your Mission: As our Sales Coordinator, you'll be the superstar behind our showroom and office operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You'll provide top-notch pre-sales and post-sales support to our sales team, customers, dealers, and business partners. Your extensive knowledge of KI product lines will make you the go-to person for all things KI!

Your Daily Adventures:



  • Quote Master: Generate product quotations for sales reps and local dealerships.
  • Meeting Maven: Schedule and participate in project meetings, both internal and external individuals.
  • Proposal Pro: Prepare, review, and package proposals with finesse.
  • Dealer Dynamo: Be the point of contact for local dealerships, handling billing questions, delivery coordination, acknowledgements, hold order questions, invoices, and more.
  • Showroom Guide: Escort walk-in guests through the showroom, dazzling them with your product knowledge.
  • Event Extraordinaire: Support the planning and execution of special events.
  • Social Media Star: Coordinate social media and marketing campaigns (if you're up for it!).
  • Admin Ace: Oversee administrative functions for the showroom.


What You Need to Succeed:



  • Education: Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Strong administrative, organizational, and technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Communication: Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Independence: Work independently and be self-motivated.
  • Tech Savvy: Knowledge of Salesforce/AutoCAD/CET is helpful but not required.
  • Experience: Experience with bids and RFPs, and interior furnishings is a plus.
  • Customer Service: Previous customer service or project management experience.
  • Industry Insight: Design or furniture industry experience is preferred.
