As a Clinical Dietitian, you will serve as a vital member of our health care team, responsible for creating and implementing nutrition care plans for consumers. In addition to conducting assessments and providing nutritional counseling, you will also play a key role in discharge planning and maintaining accurate records. Collaborating with other health care professionals will be essential as you work to ensure the best possible outcomes for consumers. Your expertise will also be utilized in creating specialized diets and monitoring consumer satisfaction with the menu. Overall, your role as a Clinical Dietitian will be crucial in promoting the health and well-being of consumers through proper nutrition.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

• Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
• Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Work hours may change based on operational needs.
• Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
• Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

QUALIFICATIONS
Special Requirement:

• You must possess certification as a Registered Dietitian as defined by the Commission on Registration of the American Dietetic Association; or proof of eligibility for such certification.
  

Other Requirements:

• PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title.
• You must be able to perform essential job functions.

Legal Requirements:

• A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination.
• This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.
  • Under the Act, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance.
