Job Title: Senior Embedded Software Engineer
Location: Bradenton FL (hybrid)

Job Description: We're looking for a Senior Embedded Software Engineer with strong experience in Linux and FreeRTOS-based development. You'll lead cross-functional projects, mentor engineers, and drive software/hardware integration for complex embedded systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and debug embedded software (Linux, FreeRTOS).
• Integrate and validate hardware features.
• Lead projects and mentor junior engineers.
• Troubleshoot system-level issues and analyze schematics.
• Optimize performance, memory, and power usage.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in engineering; 7+ years in embedded development.
• 5+ years of C/C++ experience.
• Strong with ARM, peripheral interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, etc.), and debugging tools.
• Familiar with Git, Agile, CI/CD, and scripting (Python, Bash).

Preferred: Master's degree, CAN/Modbus protocol knowledge.
