Job Title: Program Manager of Resident and Fellow Education - Foot & Ankle Reports To: Sr. Manager, Foot & Ankle Medical Education Location: Remote Business Unit Description: Foot and Ankle High-Level Position Summary: The Program Manager of Resident and Fellow Education - Foot & Ankle will serve as the primary liaison between Enovis and potential customers, specifically relating to Enovis-sponsored medical education programs and resources for residents and fellows within the Foot & Ankle specialty. This role involves direct interaction with resident, fellow, and attending physicians, as well as hospital administrators, program coordinators, and industry personnel involved in Foot & Ankle education and training. The Program Manager of Resident and Fellow Education - Foot & Ankle will lead the planning, execution, and follow-up for all Foot & Ankle Enovis-sponsored resident and fellow meetings and educational events. This includes managing program coordination, curriculum development, and engagement strategies to enhance educational experience and strengthen relationships with early-career surgeons. Collaboration is key in this role, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Compliance, Foot & Ankle Product Marketing, Professional Affairs, and the Sales Field organization to ensure alignment and adherence to regulatory and strategic goals. The Program Manager of Resident and Fellow Education - Foot & Ankle reports to the Sr. Manager, Foot & Ankle Medical Education. Key Responsibilities: The following are the primary duties and responsibilities of this role. Other related duties may be assigned to meet the business need.
