*Location: *North East side of Indianapolis - Must live within 1 hour of the office *Schedule:* Full-Time | Hybrid (On-site training required) *Type: *Contract-to-Hire | Potential for Extension or Conversion Job Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) that will support our client in a hybrid role supporting participants via phone and email. This position requires strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and a commitment to delivering excellent service. You will gather participant information, resolve issues, provide education to reduce repeat contacts, and document all interactions thoroughly. Key Responsibilities * Deliver excellent customer service with a focus on one-call resolution * Handle incoming phone calls, email requests, and escalated issues * Assist participants with registration, login, and navigation on the program website * Provide guidance on applications available through the private portal * Collaborate with Account Management on complex, non-routine issues * Conduct surveys with participants over the phone Qualifications * 1-3 years of experience in a technical call center or similar customer support role * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to troubleshoot and guide users through technical issues * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment * Must live within 1 hour of the office location (near Keystone at the Crossing) Work Environment * Initial training and early weeks of work are fully on-site * Hybrid schedule begins after training and initial in-office period * Office remains open for those who prefer to work on-site * CSRs do not select their shifts; schedules are assigned Home Office Requirements * Private room with a door for confidentiality * Ability to hardwire into the internet (WiFi not permitted) * Work-from-home setup cannot be used as a substitute for childcare Employee Value Proposition Our Client is a leader in health management and benefits decision support, serving over 250 top employers and health plans. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
